Nancy Dye: The neuroscience of jumping over bad habits and staying the course for 2025

Nancy Dye is a breakthrough mental skills coach and resilience trainer helping people to transform the quality of their riding and their lifestyles. Trained as a strategic interventionist by Tony Robbins, Nancy has more than 30 years as a change agent, shifting people into peak performance in riding, career, health and fitness, and relationships.  

With a past career in corporate marketing and as a luxury lifestyle Realtor, Nancy has been coached by some the top peak performance sales trainers in the corporate world as well as some of the most elite coaches in sports and health and fitness. 

Nancy grew up on the north shore of Long Island as well as Vermont where her family owned a large, overnight sports camp. Nancy learned to ride there as well as at the beautiful equestrian facilities out on Long Island. After riding at an equestrian boarding school and college, she worked in Manhattan before moving to train at various stables throughout South Florida. 

Based in Wellington, Nancy’s past husband was an Olympic-level gymnast who coached thousands of gymnasts and was inducted into four athletic Hall of Fames. Together they produced seminars titled “Olympic Goals and Golds.” Nancy is the author of “Equestrian Rockstars; Solving Your Puzzle for Riding With Confidence and Joy.”

Jenna Mutch: A Journey Through an Animal Health Career – where to get started and what opportunities are available.

Specializing in the Veterinary and Animal Health Industry, Jenna Mutch has more than 20 years of commercial experience. Jenna has worked in both start-up and large animal health companies. Jenna is the Vice President, Veterinary at Butterfly Network building their veterinary division by bringing disruptive ultrasound-on-a-chip technology to the veterinary market. Additionally, she is the CEO and Founder of Lily Pad Animal Health, a consulting company that focuses on helping companies bring innovation to animal health and supporting them in their commercial efforts.

Jenna has consulted for many small businesses in the pet and equine industry, helping to bring their products to the veterinary and equine market. Very active in the veterinary and equine community, she is a hunter/jumper rider, farm owner, and wife of a professional equestrian. Jenna has dedicated her career to working directly with product innovators and their teams, veterinarians and their staff, and owners to continue to bring and support innovation in animal health to improve the lives of the animals we love.
